6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Third-Party Services

• Subscription Plans: Tailordom offers both free and paid plans. By choosing a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in our pricing schedule. Payment is due at the time you sign up for a plan, and you agree to provide accurate payment information.
• Paystack Payment Gateway: Tailordom uses Paystack as our third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, you agree to Paystack's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Tailordom is not responsible for any issues arising from Paystack’s processing of payments.
• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in these Terms or required by law. In certain cases, we may offer refunds at our discretion.

In no event shall Tailordom’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
